Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern purchases made on kayaoutlet.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The contract is concluded in Italian; this English version is provided for information.

Seller

The seller is LABIS POP DRAGOS COSMIN, a sole proprietorship trading as KAYA Studio Outlet, registered at Via Acque Alte 12, 04100 Latina (LT), Italia, VAT number 03361320595, entered in the Frosinone-Latina Companies Register, REA LT-335179. Orders and formation of the contract

Products shown on the site are an invitation to make an offer. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. Our items are often one-offs or in limited supply: if an item you ordered is no longer available, we will tell you promptly and refund anything already paid within 14 days.

Prices

Prices are in euro and are final prices, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, before you confirm the order.

Payment

• Payment card (Visa, Mastercard and the other cards Stripe accepts), through Stripe's secure payment page. The order is confirmed once Stripe tells us the payment has gone through.
• Bank transfer: the bank details and payment reference are shown at the end of checkout and in the confirmation email. The order ships once the funds have arrived.
• WhatsApp: the order is recorded and the payment details are agreed with you in the chat before shipping.

Shipping and delivery

Through the website we ship within Italy only; for delivery to other EU countries, contact us on WhatsApp and we will agree costs and times. Standard shipping: €9.90, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days. Express shipping: €14.90, estimated delivery in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of €150.00 or more. Times are estimates and run from dispatch. When your order ships you receive an email with tracking details where available. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party you designate, receive the products.

• To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision before the deadline, to kayastudiooutlet@gmail.com or to our PEC dragoscommerce@pec.it, quoting your order number. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.
• You must send the products back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to Via Acque Alte 12, 04100 Latina (LT), Italia. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
• We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied proof of having sent them.
• Products must be returned intact, unworn and with their original tags. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (for example underwear and swimwear) once unsealed after delivery.

Legal guarantee and authenticity

• All products are original. If an item turns out not to be authentic, we refund you in full.
• As a consumer you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code: we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. To claim, write to kayastudiooutlet@gmail.com describing the defect, ideally within two months of discovering it.

Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction

For any complaint, write to kayastudiooutlet@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible. The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Disputes with consumers fall under the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. You may also use alternative dispute resolution procedures.
